We offer free ground shipping, which usually takes 3-6 business days from the time you place your order. We also offer 2-day shipping for a $10 flat fee. We strive for same day shipping on orders placed by noon EST.

We ship our shoes via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Yes! Just enter the address of the person to whom you’d like to gift F.Majors when you are completing the checkout process. Note that the price will be visible though.

Once your order ships, we will send you your tracking information via email or text, depending on the option you select at check out, so you can track your order.

F.Major accepts all major credit cards, along with PayPal and Apple Pay.

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order upon entering your address information on the checkout page.

If the size you are interested in is sold out, you can add yourself to the waitlist for that particular size. Once that size is restocked, you will be immediately notified. If you have any specific questions about a restock, please email concierge@shopfmajor.com.

We founded F.Major after looking high and low for a heel that was sexy AND comfortable. There are plenty of designers who claim to be both, but matronly, boxy heels aren’t our thing. We got tired of sacrificing, tired of salespeople suggesting we “just size up” to find comfort, tired of walking home barefoot at the end of night. Not quite willing to settle for kitten heels, we set out to create THE perfect 3-inch heel.

Like any true fashionista, we love shoes and we used to have closets bursting with high heels in all shapes and sizes. And then we grew up…but our heels didn’t. We came to realize that although we would love to wear heels in all shapes and colors, all we really need is a pair of black heels that literally go with anything. F.Major is the little black dress of heels. It’s a staple!

Our shoes are handcrafted in the town of Elda in the province of Alicante, Spain. Alicante has been historically known for making the finest dress shoes in Spain.

F.Majors are made of Nappa and Patent leather. Our soles are buffed leather, with a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) tip that is lighter and more durable than a regular rubber tip. Our components are sourced at the prestigious LINEAPELLE material show twice a year.

F.Major is sold online directly to consumers. We’ve had several boutiques approach us asking to carry F.Major, but an important part of our mission is to deliver a designer shoe at a fraction of the cost by eliminating the retail markup.

Our shoes run true to European size, which tends to be more precise than U.S. sizing. We suggest referencing our size guide and matching your European size to the corresponding U.S. size. If you don't know your European size and you are in between U.S. sizes, we suggest sizing down a half size. We offer a wide range of sizes (from 5 to 12) and unlike so many of our competitors, we offer WIDE (in addition to standard) widths for women like us whose feet, like our self-confidence, have grown.
